CLCL Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting individuals and families through compassionate support, accessible resources, and meaningful community connections. At the core of our work is the Community Cares Pilot Program, a phased initiative designed to meet people where they are and connect them to essential support.
The first phase, the Community Care Connection (CCC) “Warm Line,” is a non-crisis, donation referral service that helps individuals navigate and access available community resources and donated goods. The second phase, the Community Threads Store (CTS), provides completely free clothing and essential household items, removing financial barriers while promoting dignity, sustainability, and equitable access for all.
Together, these programs create a streamlined pathway from connection to direct support, ensuring individuals and families receive help in a respectful, welcoming environment. The program also encourages community participation through donations and volunteerism, strengthening local networks of care. In addition, CLCL hosts Free Family Fun Nights, offering inclusive, no-cost events that bring families together, reduce social isolation, and create joyful shared experiences for all ages. These events also provide opportunities for families to connect with local resources, build relationships, and engage more deeply with their community in a supportive and uplifting setting.
